    I work with several therapeutic modalities, including DBT, EMDR and Schema Therapy. I am particularly interested in emotion dysregulation, BPD, ADHD, cPTSD and experiences of rejection-based trauma.     I work with several therapeutic modalities, including DBT, EMDR and Schema Therapy. I am particularly interested in emotion dysregulation, BPD, ADHD, cPTSD and experiences of rejection-based trauma. An understanding of the impact of external social and political structures on individuals informs my work and I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space. I have worked in Public Mental Health for the past 10 years across several roles including running recovery programs, working with people in acute crisis, developing and running groups and supporting families.  I am interested in working with individuals to find personally meaningful insights and develop the skills and understanding to live the life they want.

    CORE DBT 

    Skills group program 

    a fast-paced but comprehensive 10 week program that covers the  four pillars of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, giving you a complete "toolkit" for navigating life, including:

    • 10 x 90min Group Sessions: learn a new DBT skill, learn and practice it together and

    In collaboration with Emma and Jess we have launched

    • 10 x 50min Individual Sessions: to help you apply that week's skill to your life 
    • Peer Support: real understanding from someone who has walked this path

    Both group and individual sessions occur online via telehealth.

    Fees and payment 


    Fees are payable at the time of appointment and are eligible for a medicare rebate if covered by a Mental Health Care Plan (please see your GP for a referral). I am a registered NDIS Therapeutic Support provider.
